Something’s not right—my application keeps returning to the menu screen, crashing, or displaying various other buggy types of behavior.

What a drag…but don’t give up yet. We put every app through a rigorous quality assurance process before it’s ever released in the App Store, so the performance issues are likely due to some snags in the download and sync process.

First: Reset your device.  To do this, hold down the top button and home button for 15 seconds.  Continue holding the buttons down AFTER the power-off screen appears, until the Apple logo appears again.

Launch the app again and see if the issue persists.

If resetting does not resolve the issue, try deleting the app and syncing your device again with your iTunes library.

If that doesn’t do the trick, contact us and we’ll get to work on fixing things for you.
