I purchased a Modality app, but I can’t find it in my iTunes library or on my device.

The App Store is good about keeping track of your purchases for you—just make sure your device and your iTunes library are linked to the account that you used to purchase the app.

If you purchased the application using the same account that you currently have in iTunes, you should be able to go through the steps below to download the apps to your library again:

  1. Go to the App Store and find the application you previously purchased
  2. Select "Buy Now" - this will prompt you to enter your account information

When you enter your account information, you should receive an alert that you have already purchased the program, and you will be given the option to download it to your library for free.

To transfer apps that you purchased via the App Store on your device to your iTunes library, simply sync your device and select “Transfer items” to your library. Remember that all iTunes purchases are linked to your account, to be sure that you’re logged into the same account in your iTunes library that you used to purchase the app on your device.
